Cancellation Policy:
Events will be fully refundable 60 days prior to the date of the event
Events will be 50% refundable 30 days prior to the date of the event
Events will not be refundable after 30 days prior to the event
Agencies can send “substitutes” in someone’s place if the person registered is unable to attend. However, if the registrant was a WAPP member and the “substitute” is not a WAPP member, the different in registration fees (if there are any) will apply.
